The full package is MAQS Pro Lite V4.15.7 with MarkUp V1. Install Python 3.11 or later with Tcl/Tk, extract the ZIP, then run INSTALL.bat. The installer downloads its dependencies, creates a separate Free V1 folder, and adds Desktop and Start Menu shortcuts.

What does the full Windows software include?
Quantity surveying: a 130-item engineering catalogue covering earthworks, foundations, drainage, roads and other building/civil work; quantity calculations, waste allowances, QC records and BOQ.
Estimating and commercial work: resource rate build-ups, priced BOQ, contract summary percentages and staged valuations.
Drawing tools: an integrated PDF Markup window with direct transfer of measurements into the same project, a Drawing Reader and a CAD editor. Connections include measurement CSV workflows and links to external tools where installed.
Reporting: project saving and reopening, construction-library resources and Excel, PDF, CSV and Word report exports.
What is included online?
The quick-estimating companion provides the engineering catalogue, quantity calculation, waste and rates, a BOQ, contract summary percentages, a simple valuation allowance, resource rate build-ups, JSON project save/open, and Excel, CSV and PDF export. It is a separate browser worksheet, not a conversion of every desktop screen. Browser JSON projects do not open the desktop .maqsp database format.
For drawing work, open free MAQS Markup or free MAQS Pro CAD. These online tools are separate; direct Markup-to-QC transfer is part of the desktop package.
Where is my work saved?
The online worksheet remembers work in this browser. Use Save project to keep a JSON backup, and Open project to restore it. Clearing browser data can remove locally remembered work. The desktop application saves its own .maqsp projects. The website does not upload your project contents.
How are visits counted?
Aggregate page views, MAQS Pro link clicks and Support clicks are recorded. Optional identifiers estimate browser visits only with your consent. Repeated page loads count again; Support clicks do not confirm payments.
